The hotel is very good for transit (1-2 nights maximum). The room wasn't cleaned and the towels from the bathroom wasn't changed. The soap was missing from the soap dispenser. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. In spite all of these, the location is good and the breakfast even if it was various, it wasn't so fresh and tasty.

I don’t recommend this hotel! Rooms are unclean and no service at all. We were pushed to pay extra for swimming pool which was free in offering
The zone is okay, but there is no breakfast, no hair dryer, they got a pool but you have to pay for it. I wouldn't come here again.
The room was dusty and the AC unit could not heat so at night it was cold. At the reception and in the common rooms there was a permanent stench. About the restaurant the food not the best and the waiters are slow. One good thing, the mattress. It was comfortable.
I would not recommend it to stay here.
Hotel it self is ok, but AC wasn’t working, they advertised as hotel with pool on booking but to use the pool there is extra fee 🫣.
Why nobody here is complaining about the A/C?!???? There is none!!!! They deliberately are not turning it on high during the day! I mean it’s July, and there are plus 35 degrees Celsius in the room. It’s better outside than inside!!!!
Internet is also awful, so if work needs to be done sometimes you get 1 bar.
Front desk is yelling at customers on the phone for not being right. Awful!
The pool is amazing tho. Very cold water, so not for everyone, but it’s nice of you like a cold pool. Patio next to it, pretty good food, not a huge selection, but good food.
They also wanted to charge me 400 ROn for the room, when in fact it’s 260. And let me tell you, for half the price you can find better accommodation at a place nearby (Casa Transilvania), that has amazing service, great internet and an A/C that works!
We have stayed here last week. Room was ok, large enough for 2 adults and one child, staff very friendly and helpful. The food from the pool restaurant was very good, but the breakfast wasn t so great. You have from were to choose but …
